Determinants of Affective Organisational Commitment and the Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction among English Teachers in Kuwait

The notion of affective organisation commitment is devaluing and needs fresh evidence for its contemporary understanding. This paper aimsto explain the organisational in terms key determinants such as person-job fit, work conditions, work-life balance with important mediating role job satisfaction. A total 900 survey questionnaires were sent to a sample schools related six governorates Kuwait; 548 responded, giving response rate 61%. SmartPLS 3 software SPSS used perform structural equation modelling testing hypotheses doing mediation analysis. findings suggest that primarily determined by experience whereas satisfaction found having moderating relationship between. There is, however, no considerable support teachers nationality have any direct commitment. These reveal from english community Kuwaiti government thus inform local human resource policies global theorization. required more research recent times has disturb therefore our contradicts established literature this regard.
